MINORI
Painter
Minori’s work is centered around the concept of "dots and lines." A dot is a small, ubiquitous entity. When connected, dots form lines, which represent not only visible shapes but also unseen relationships and thoughts.
In her creative process, She place dots and draw lines̶sometimes deliberately, sometimes by chance. Through this, I aim to express the construction and deconstruction of the world.
Lines have various roles. They divide and connect, indicate boundaries, and convey relationships. When lines intersect and intertwine within the work, new meanings emerge from those interactions.
Moreover, dots and lines exist not only in the visible world but also within our inner selves.
The paths of thought, emotional fluctuations, and the connections of memory̶all these aspects of the invisible mental world are perhaps also woven with dots and lines. Artist feel that this inner world and the outer world influence each other, shaping our reality.
Every day, she continue her exploration of dots and lines. It is an attempt to understand the complexity of both the visible and invisible worlds, and at the same time, it is an act of generating new awareness.
